Invitations for foreigners

Our organization provides legal support to individuals and legal entities in completing and filing invitations to Russia in accordance with the Federal Law of August 25, 1996 № 114-ФЗ "On the procedure of exit from the Russian Federation and entry to the Russian Federation", Federal Law of July 25, 2002 № 115-ФЗ "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia," Presidential Decree of July 19, 2004 № 928 "Issues of the Federal Migration Service, the Government Decree of October 8, 2007 N 655 "On the approval of regulations of drawing up invitations to the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons".

Dangerously-migrating countries

There is a list of so-called dangerously-migrating countries. It consists of twenty-one country. Citizens of these countries will be able to open a visa using an invitation to Russia only on the territory of their country or having a residence permit in the Russian Federation. The list of dangerously-migrating countries: Algeria, Angola, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Iraq, Iran, China, North Korea, Libya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Syria, Somalia, Turkey, Chad, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia.
