Our organization, in providing legal and consulting services for the preparation and filing of necessary documents in the Federal Migration Service of Russia in Moscow is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law of 25.07.2002 № 115-ФЗ "On legal status of foreign citizens in Russia" with the changes of 18.07.2006 № 110-ФЗ, Federal Law of 08.08.2001 № 128-ФЗ "On Licensing Certain Types of Activities", Government Decree of 25.11.2006 № 681" On the procedure of issuing permits for foreign nationals temporary employed in Russia ", the Civil Code of Russia from 30.11.1994.

List of required documents:
- A copy of the document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen. In accordance with clause 48 of the Administrative Rules if the documents are in foreign language, then they must be accompanied by a notarized Russian translation. If copies are submitted without originals, they must be notarized.
- Medical certificate confirming the absence of diseases, that pose a risk to others, in accordance with the Russian Government from 02.04.2003 № 188.
- 3 color, matte photos, size 3x4cm.
- A copy of the migration card.
